Too Blessed to be Stressed

When things in life don’t go as planned, why do we allow ourselves to harp on what is NOT instead of trying to figure out what can be? When you focus your energy on the negative you get negative results. Stop wasting time complaining about how bad things are or what someone did and come up with a solution. The moment you turn on that switch in your brain to think differently about problems the less stress you will have in your life. We make our lives stressful not the events themselves.
Matthew 6:25-27
“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?
